You can bring your own lunch to the venue. If catering for your whole event you would need to use the venue's recommended caterer, you will receive a copy of the menu when enquiring and the order will go through us.
Yes, we are happy for you to bring your own projector as long as you can provide evidence it has been PAT tested.
No, we can however retain an occasional license, if you wish to have a bar or drinks service please do enquire, if you wish to do this you would have to express interest at least 12 weeks in advance.
Yes, they are included in the cost of the room, we can set the space up however you would like. Please refer to the room guide on our website or give us a call to discuss

Yes, we have multiple breakout spaces and a large foyer area, which makes the venue the perfect space for this type of event.
Yes, we have a large reception desk in our main foyer which is ideal for registration. The foyer area also offers a great space to wait once registered and have refreshments.
