Our diverse spaces cater to gatherings of 10 to 180 people, ensuring versatility and comfort for any occasion.

With our large selection of rooms, we are able to accommodate for any purpose & size of booking, From Dance classes & theatre rehearsals to conference meetings and corporate workshops. Explore all the spaces we have to offer

Black Room

The smaller of our 2 black box studio theatres, this is an exciting space for creating and performing. capacities can vary depending on which set up would suite your event best, option of raked seating bank.

Green Room

The smallest of our multi-purpose spaces is a popular space for small meetings, workshops, rehearsals, script development, table reads and many more.

Purple Room

Welcome to our creative dance space with a full length mirror performance wall and sprung dance flooring and optional ballet/dance bars this makes for the perfect dance studio.

Equipment

We can provide a wide range of audio-visual equipment to bring your event to life and the technical support to ensure things run smoothly on the day.

Capacity

Our available spaces cater to a variety of capacities, from intimate meeting rooms ideal for 4 -14 individuals, to our large theatre, capable of hosting anywhere from 70 to 180 guests, and everything in between.

Room Layout

We thrive on making your event the best it can be and love to discuss what room layout will work best for your needs - cabaret, board room, u-shaped or theatre style.

Catering

We offer a wide range of catering to suit your event and dietary requirements. From morning coffee and pastries, to light lunches of soup and sandwiches or our more substantial hot bowls of tasty tagines and curries.

Space for your wellbeing workshops & team building days

As well as hosting meetings and events within our The Boardwalk venue, Impact Arts can deliver a range of creative wellbeing sessions and fun team day activities, designed to de-stress, help employees re-connect and improve innovation.

Celebrating 1 year of The Boardwalk

Youth Theatre Arts Scotland hired out The Boardwalk recently to host BUZZ, the European Youth Theatre Network.

Funded by Glasgow City Council, Step Up to Net Zero by Glasgow Chamber of Commerce has allowed Impact Arts to go further than ever before in its efforts to address the climate crisis.

Great venue and really helpful staff, we look forward to using the space again in future.
